I think there needs to be a natural genetic make-up to be a true sissy. Something inside them needs to be fulfilled. It's not just the garments; it's deeper than that. The need to be happily taken and used to satisfy another persons needs. The garments help but the natural genetic make-up has to be there.
I love to dress as a sissy and feel submissive towards my wife when dressed, fortunately she enjoys it too. We often play with like minded couples from the various clubs we belong too. Plenty of pictures in my albums.
