Topic What do you do to stay fit?

hmm getting older but my mon - friday routine hasnt changed much, gym from 4:30 - 6 am...work and from 6 - 8/9 play action sports. have run in the past a few half marathons and a few 10km on weekends for fun but after my last knee surgery i kinda moved away from that.

pleaseeeee no Zombie would dare enter south africa....the way our taxi drivers drive with their mini busses they wont even make it to any town in one piece.
