I'm assuming (I know, I know!) that there is some accomodation for the drug-free dependents of the people who fail, so that there is no "guilt by association". But my question is, if you fail, do you get an automatic referral to a drug interdiction program to help you get off the drugs; or, do they just cut you off cold turkey and thus contribute to the crime rate?
