I enjoy keeping fit and the general good feeling associated with exercise. I play a variety of sports - football, rugby, tennis, squash, badminton and athletics to name a few.

I also adore science and I openly admit to being quite a geek.

I never tire of reading Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock books, other than that the only books are predominantly science related with Bad Science being a personal favourite.

Favorite Music:

I have quite a diverse range of music, ranging from Irish Traditional to Rock and everything in between. Except metal. Damn screaming.
