I use tineye to check if people are real or not. It's a reverse image search. You've got to take peoples profile pictures with a pinch of salt. I've found quite a few popular members are completely fake and some of those are seeing others on the site so it makes you wonder how that went down when they found out.

When this came out I was shocked, but then I like to think about things so I thought about it. Now I don't donate to cancer charities, I don't donate to Alzheimer’s and all the other old-age health related ones either. I do realise cancer etc effects children too, however.

But, when I was about 10 I saw a video of a baby in Ethiopia that was so weak and feeble due to malnutrition that when a fly was walking across his eyeball he didn’t have the energy to flick it away and I sat and thought how the fuck is that possible?

We have lost sight of the real issues in the world and find it easy to forget people for our own comfort, I do it myself, but when I donate I ensure it’s to people (babies, children) who urgently need it just to survive and experience life to at least the level I have at 21. I’d rather provide that to the children who die needlessly at the age of 1 or 2 than increase my own chances of surviving a disease when I get it having lived a hell of a lot longer than they can expect already.

Imagine the harmony in the world if money for weapons was spent on other countries development. There'd be less suspicion and mistrust in the world that's for sure.

One issue that has been over-looked is the mass migration of English and Welsh students that can be expected to take advantage of the free Scottish University places which all non UK EU nationals are currently offered but once Scotland is independant it will simply be all EU nationals. I can't see it being free for long in that case.
