Obviously the first things you notice in a girl is her looks and her figure, but other things soon take over. Voice, - a 'common' voice will count against you. Friendly and open? Not too open obviously at first. Intelligence is definitely a turn on for me. But everyone is different, and what one bloke likes can leave another cold, so it's really a matter of 'chemistry' between two people.
I'm more of a face guy. Sure I notice all the other goods, but a pretty face trumps a lot. Second for me is attitude, hate people that are full of themselves. Intelligence and having things in common are actuall turn ons for me.
