Leather - it's somewhat erotic and warm too.
New electronics - the first thing I do when I get a new piece of electronics kit is smell it and it's just inexplicably lovely.
Baking - nothing better than the smell of some cookies or a cake being made, takes me back to my childhood.
Casseroles cooking - same as the baking.
Fireworks - the way the smell combs my nostrils and lingers there, it also tastes the same as it smells.
Rain in the undergrowth - something about this just feels warm and makes me feel at home in nature.
Too many more to mention.

This is a bit odd, bit I used to keep rats and when they were contented, they would purr like cats and let off this really weird stinky musky smell that was strangely alluring.

Bayberry, my hair after it's been washed, lemon, and coffee.
Excluding perfumes: Fresh cut flowers, watermelon and grass, freshly plowed fields, roasting coffee. Then brewing that coffee, bacon and or sausage frying, and BBQ, these smell much better outside than inside. We eat breakfast outside most mornings. Hubbie will cook it while I'm swimming when we are at our country home or camp, which is most of the time. When the cane farmers still burned the cane during the harvest, the aroma was sweet smelling. The smoke was not so good to deal with but it carried the aroma. I miss that aroma but not the smoke.
In South Louisiana we have a lot of afternoon thunder storms. The clean smell of fresh rain. If the lightning that brings on the thunder is close we can smell the ozone. Those are both very refreshing smells. I believe Mother Nature makes the best aromas. This is one city gal, born and raised in The Big Easy, that feels blessed to have discover country life.
Our country home is only 30 minutes from the Louisiana Super Dome with no traffic problems. The back of our property borders a cane field that is over 2000 acres. My office is inbetween. Our subdivision has cane fields on two sides, our side shares both cane field and woods, swamp on the back side, and mostly pastures with cows and horses on the other side. The country smells are much better than those in the city.
I think I am going home and cut the grass. I might cut the back yard naked, yep I think I will.

So I did a thing with leftlingula... 😈 Naughty people, I'm not talking about that. We wrote a story together! I'm very proud of what we've done and we would love for you to read it. It's about a husband and wife remembering who they are together. The fire, their passion, their love, her need to submit to him, and his need to dominate her. All rolled into one beautiful connection. It all started with one simple word...
