I think in terms of 100% Fake people, is a large handful. Maybe 30-40%. Though I feel that there are a lot of real people on here who fake some of what they are. Who doesn't try to make themselves seem a little better then they may be?

hmmmm?? interesting question. Even more interesting may be to take this into your work place, church, mommy group, bar, or whatever the social gathering place may be around a waterhole and examine how many people we do meet in real life every day that are fake.
Personally I think that number may be far higher then the number of people on lush.
Furthermore I am not fake nor is anything in my profile. I am outright honest about sexual and non sexual encounters that have happened in my life. I see no time to create another persona..Just like in real life my attitude changes and therefore one day I may be into the comedic side of life and the other a more sensual side. I know that all sites have there share of fakes, So im saying its a 70%/30% split, 70% Genuine and loyal who write the most amazing stories on here, 30% fake, the silly ones who are fellas pretending to be females, The pilot who is really a shelf stacker, or the rock star who turns out to be a pub bar man, But they do make interesting conversation lol
I think in a very real way people here are more honest about themselves then they would ever dare be in "real life."
Here they can explore their desires unfettered by social pressures and the embarrassment that goes with it. For those guys pretending to be women I have no harsh thoughts. At least they have found a way to explore a part of their life that they perhaps never dared to before.

I think a lot of what others have said is true. A lot of people say they are what they really want to be, and that is ok. It is a safe place to explore things we may not be able to (yet) IRL. The ones I really do not understand are the guys pretending to be lesbians. And it makes me wonder how many fake lesbians are cyber fucking other fake lesbians. (LOL, does that make them gay men?)

Sadly a great bunch. But Dancing_Doll's general rules (click previous pages to read the awesomeness) pretty much cover it all. I usually steer clear of the ones who are constantly horny...like no one is horny around the clock. And most of the "real" people here come to socialize above all else, even if this is a "sex site". Lots of people here are great friends with one another, and there's almost never any sexual undertones to the friendship...unless they're just joking with one another. But if you think about it, it is really not difficult to tell who is fake and who is not. I really don't care about photos and avatars what bothers me is when people are full of shit..Some of them created a storyline in front of their PCs and trying to convince everyone else (and themselves) how great life that have.
