If you live near a naval base, you might hear, "Nice guns." Being compared to a warship apparently isn't a bad thing.

I love it when my boyfriend says boobies because he says it in the most adorable voice. Also, when someone says breasts, I think of chicken. When someone says tits, it sounds disrespectful to me. So, boobs or boobies is probably the best way to go.

breast, boobs, tits all ok. the twins or the girls, all good. boobies, titties or other slang, not so much unless I am looking for funny.

Good and tough question. Really, the English language just isn't geared to gracefully discuss sex or sexual anatomy. When you call them breasts, it either sounds clinical or like you're ordering KFC or Popeye's chicken. And like one comedian said long ago, "Tits" sounds like a dog's name. "Here Tits! Come 'ere, girl!" and "boobs" sounds like a pastry. Which isn't really a bad analogy, but still...
