I have a lot of favourites but the one that made me stop just listening and buy a guitar to join in was Johnny B Goode. To me it will always sound fresh and like a kick in the face.

If I had to chose just one it would be The Four Seasons by the Wolfe Tones. Followed very closely by Bob Seger's Night Moves.

Another one is Smoke On The Water - Deep Purple

I know it is one of the most overplayed songs of all time but I still love it!

Grace Slick blew everybody off the stage at Woodstock
And then there was a story about the bet she had with Janis Joplin, but that's another story .....
