It’s funny; the only reason why breasts are a private area is because society has made them so. If the population of the world wanted to they could make laws stating your hands were private parts and you could receive jail time if you didn't wear gloves.
But if men can do it there really is no reason women shouldn't be able to. Yes some people argue that it’s not appealing, but there are a lot of us guys that don't look good enough to be doing it either so meh.

My thoughts on this matter come from a nudist perspective; personally, I see no problem with people going nude wherever they want. (The law doesn't mesh with my opinion well, unfortunately.) This perspective suggests that topfree equality should be allowed at a minimum. Any place that doesn't want to see anyone topless would put in a rule banning it, and that's at their discretion. But there shouldn't be a law against it. After all, people, for the most part, do regulate themselves in certain areas.

In this day and age of equality then why not a man can remove his top when he is hot why not a woman. A woman can breast feed in public so really what's the difference at the end of the day it's not as though the woman wouldn't have a choice.

Only I designated areas, not in public, that might not sound fair to women, but I dont want to be out in public hornier that a hoot owl from seeing all the boobs and not being able to do something about it thats not fair either.

Im out in my yard working, closes house it 300 yards away ..lots of trees between houses, its 90* out there, im only a 32b, und i have to wear a tee, or blouse ...no way ....iv done it this way fir 4 years never had a problem, also in my pool or ho0t tub... went out to get the mail, und a police car went by, he just waved und went on about his busness....so yes i should be able to go with top...

I live in Ontario, Canada and it has been legal here for many years. When it first became legal it was a big deal, women walking down the street topless to prove a point. The novelty has worn off and I don't even see it at the beach anymore. It is really not a big deal.
