Biking in the summer; treadmill or stationary bike the rest of the year. Prefer the treadmill but have a foot problem that's making it uncomfortable to use. Try to walk and bike places when I can. Diet-wise, eased off on the high glycemic index foods a year or two back due to borderline diabetes and that seems to have helped other areas as well. Sometimes you can start in April and go to October if you have good cold tolerance or the weather's a bit whacked out. Once when I was in high school I actually had my bike out during our March school break (2nd week in March), but it snowed again after that. I use to workout twice a day, but now I walk 9 holes of golf and watch what I eat. I also drink wine and beer. I think that really helps. When I am having sex and have time I fuck hard and long with passionate kissing and ass grabbing fun.

No processed meats. Exercise regularly, 75 push-ups and 30 minute fast walk. Quit the sit-ups; bad for the back. Keep weight in check.

Gym 4 times a week, cardio, back, arms and chest, legs and abs. I also like a swim after each training session.

I get out of bed every day and walk about. Things get a bit heavy when I play guitar but that's it - exercise can be dangerous - most athletes seem to kick it quite young - like the guy who invented jogging. I eat and drink whatever and as much as I fancy including the odd fried meal - though not a lot and I remain the same weight as I was when I was 16 (9st 6lbs).

Wish it was exciting, but usually just hit the gym. I have fantasized about spicing it up though. workout story

I work a 2 or 3 days on, one day off, 2 or 3 days on, then two days off... rotating schedule. I rotate strength and endurance exercises and try to keep my muscles confused. I add cardio into the mix every few days as an addition, not a day of its own. And then sometimes I take a week or so off for complete recovery, and usually once a year I take a whole month off. I also walk every day, and I tend to walk fast and that is not part of my routine... just something I do to do it.

Gym 3 - 5 times a week, mainly cardio work and crunches Rotate muscle work to stop repetition and keep muscles guessing An hour of jogging 4 days a week, if the weather is terrible then maybe only 20 - 30mins
Thats my usual routine
Im sure having very regular sex helps aswell :P

I've always stayed active by enjoying some of my favourite activities like skiing, hiking, biking, swimming and yoga. I've also been a huge fan of adventure racing (Eco Challenge, Tough Mudder etc.) and am in total awe of the athletes that compete in them. This past November, I decided it was time to kick it up a notch and step outside my comfort zone and what better way than to sign up to participate in an adventure race this summer? I hired a personal trainer, who for 3 days a week, focuses on weight/strength training and basically KICKS MY ASS! On the off days I see him, I work on my cardio be it at the gym or on my own at home. Every inch of my body is aching these days but I'm committed to the process and am loving every single moment!

The one activity I do is ride my bike. I get in about 300 miles a week. Regardless of the weather, living in Southern cal by the beach helps, I go out rain or shine. I either ride with friends or go at it alone. And the boys like seeing girls out in their cycling gear too!

I lift weights three times a week with minimal rest in between sets, that way my heart rate stays right up.
