As a man of some years experience, I used to look at the individual attributes a woman used to get men's attention. But as I became more "mature", I have come to look at the package, all of it. The physical is what catches your eye, but the attitude combined with the physical is what keeps my attention. My father told me a long time ago that "pretty is as pretty does". The most physically beautiful woman in the world is still ugly as sin if she thinks her s*#t dont stink. I'll take a plain lady who is loving, cheerful and attentive over the high maintenance snob any day.

The whole package. Eyes are very important to me... the whole window to the soul thing. Her smile, hair. I am a leg and ass man (not big ass, more of tight toned and rounded) but they need to be complemented by the shape of a womans back (a womans back can be very sexy). Breasts, size isn't important, any thing over a mouthful is just window dressing. Its really just a balance thing. If shes 5' tall and has DD breasts and long legs then evertything else would be out of proportion.
Personality is important but you said "first notice". Personality takes a little time. In the long run she may not be who she acts like she is at first. Wow I think I just confused myself.

I will have to say a woman's face. For me, nothing beats a woman that has the combo of a beautiful, cute and sexy face. It is very rare for someone to be able to pull off all three, but when a woman does, it is fucking incredible.

If I'm walking or standing behind her, it's her arse, then her feet. Yeah, I like feet. If I'm facing her, I tend to notice her feet, face then breasts. Though this is just a generalisation, so it depends on the woman. There might be something completely non-physical that I notice. A feeling, or some such. Actually, I surprised myself the other day, when I was out with a friend and noticed this girl. From afar, I noticed her eyes had a glint in them, so I looked, looked away and then looked again, at which point, her eyes glinted, she smiled and I smiled back. Normally, I don't notice eyes until I'm up against them, but those eyes just shone and really caught my attention. I wonder if I'll ever see her again.
