What, if any kind of music do you like to be on when you are getting intimate?

Hmmmm..... I usually like something sexy and slow, R&B is really nice. But the old R&B Marvin an Luther etc.... But usually don't listen to music just some candles a bubble bath right before followed by a sensual or erotic massage puts me in the right mood.
My 2 cents

Nothing specific...just a really great song or playlist of songs
(which is pretty open to interpretation and probably not all that helpful anyway)
Layla by Eric Clapton would start me off well.

"Eye of the Tiger" really gets me pumped

But if I wanna slow things down, then "My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion" does the trick.

I always thought old R and B was Muddy Waters and Howling Wolf and similar guys but I do agree with everything else and regularly perform this with someone.

Never really thought about the music but something soft, slow, sexy would be nice.

I LOVE music and if the iPOD happens to be going when we start having some fun, that's fabulous. However, I'm not a fan of the whole "setting the mood" thing. Seems too hokey and contrived to me. confused1 I don't find that romantic at all, but I think maybe I'm a dude as far as that stuff goes. confused5

If you haven't, you should read this award-winning story. Fine, fine, I only won a potato, but I'm sure you won't be able to peel your eyes away from it.

I generally listen to hard rock, punk rock, classic rock, prog rock so that is what I will have sex too. I too am not into the stting the mood music like Barry White or Marvin Gaye. Besides, nothing like getting fucked to Motorhead's Iron Fist, LOL!!

I am not a gal, but again it is a great general question.... so.....

I too would tend to listen to the genera of my normal preference. I can only think of a couple (if that) where I set out to create a "mood" for sex, be it romantic or hot and heavy. I don't live my life like a porn movie, so generally things just as they are naturally. Now a general romantic evening.... that is another story. ;) But just for sex... not so much.
