Meh.

It's not that I disagree per se, but it seems to me that if all the text is there, it doesn't really matter where it's at. Substance over procedure, and all that.

Primarily I'd guess for:

a) Attention seeking

b) To irritate admins who want to keep the site free of dross, meaningless posts

If it's the same person doing it, obvious for the 2 reasons above, they get a warning, a suspension, then banned if they continue.
