For me it vairies alot. Depending on my mood, energy levels and if I have time alone or not. I can sometimes go days without playing, or do it many times a day for lots of days in a row.

Honestly, at least two to three times a day.
I wake up touching myself and will often carry it through my morning shower...
Sometimes in the middle of the day
And often at night to make myself go to sleep...
Chances are, it could also stirr my HUbby and we start of with a morning fuck.
The mid day may come and remind me of the morning so I go at it myself.
Then the night may be where I start things off again so he can finish me off.

Once a day, usually in the evenings, Occasionally twice. Back when I was younger I did twice a day, and sometimes 3 or 4 times. There has been times I did more, but now such frequency is for the young'uns. :) Wish I'm young again. Have fun.

It depends on other "activities", but usually at least once. Sometimes in the morning, either right after waking up or in the shower even. Sometimes when I get off work, if I am feeling really horny. Usually at night though, before bed...but that depends on those other "activities". :) sometimes it is several times a day, just depends. But I do usually get in at least once a day.

Depends, of course, on lovers' availibility, but 10 - 15 times a week. Morning shower is almost guarenteed, love my Pulsar shower head. Been on Lush 10 days now, and the frequency has really spiked [ laughs ].
