It depends on the woman's skin tone. Light colors do not look good on creamy white skin.
Of course black looks great on everything.

I love my pink panties the best, if I wear a flirty skirt or dress I will wear a ruffled pantie and matching bra. But my favorite of all favorites is a white semi-sheer pantie with pink ruffles on the leg and bottom. The bra matches the pantie except for the ruffles, very sheer and sexy!
