We are delighted to announce the publication of our first book of poetry, written by the talented and humorous Daisy Shylass. This is a collection of twenty poems, some of which have been published on lushstories.com previously. They make up a whole book, which poetically, tells the complete story.

I just saw Frank_Lee's post about this, clicked the link and bought the volume.
Now it's on my iPad, waiting for me, like some sinful dessert on the shelf in my refrigerator, boiling milk and scrambling the eggs beside it. I should take it out before it melts straight through the floor.
Think I'll read some poems now and ruminate.
Who knows? I might masticate after a few.
Tom's Notebook, or The Misadventures of an Unrepentant Souse, soon to be a major motion picture - well, a minor still-life drawing - penned by the trembling hand that conjured up such overtures to love-that-dare-not-stick-its-finger-down-its-throat, (for fear of what unspeakable horrors, from what unnamable levels of fresh hell, might conceivably become uncovered, and unwittingly dredged up), as The Extrapolated Scarlet Garment, Columbine in Fifth Street Traffic, and that Elmer Fudd inspired classic, Dwive, ("My wuv is wike a wed, wed, wose...") (pause for intermission, cigarettes, and the chance to catch one's breath), - is now perched like a flasher with a major grin pinned to his face, and a minor in French literature, upon Oberon's invitingly admission-fee-suspended, pimped and tarted profile page, for your perusal, and - although it's highly doubtful - your enjoyment.

Ah, you're thinking of my hardcore Gothic collection, which combines agonising stiffy-inducing teasing, scintillating knicker-wetting deliciousness, and a firm over-the-knee hand spanking of delights. It's been banned in most countries, including the US, due to high demands for lust-inducing gingerbread. The bakeries just can't cope.

Congratulations, you very talented, beautiful writery person :) I'll buy it as soon as I get my new phone (my old phone is too old to cope with even the most basic of apps, you see), which will be on Friday.
