I like Dave Chapelle but I never catch it when it's on, Ugly Americans would be in the top 3-4 of the list but it was canceled, and I'm not sure if Californication is more drama or comedy.

Yes to most of the above, I sort of would put Seinfeld, South Park, Monty Python high on the list.. I would add the Little Rascals and Three Stooges somewhere as well...there's probably some more recent stuff, but I don't watch much TV as of late...
