I can take several days without playing but the norm is once a day, usually late at night before sleep. On active days, I've played as many as 5 times. I've noticed to multiple play days happen in cycles too. Usually 3 or 4 days in a row and that happens monthly.

On average I would say about 3 or 4 times a day, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on how I am feeling, my state of mind etc. As I have got older it has become less...possibley because of the improvement in my mental health, and being more able to control my urges then I used to be during my teens / early 20's.
