I did ribeyes on the grill after marinating them in a red wine & soy mix. I grilled them with pineapples and mushrooms, made sweet creamed white corn, and cooked new potatoes with pepper and garlic in a wok. We had red wine with dinner and in an hour my wife was snoozing on the sofa.
