Thank you to everyone for their kind wishes. I'm happy to report that I had an absolutely amazing birthday! I've been at a course near London all weekend which, I believe, will change my life. I was given many opportunities to expand my life and care for and support others. I made so many new, lifelong friends and learned so much. On Saturday night, I accidentally in my tiredness let slip to one of the course leaders that it was my birthday the next day. This led to having around 120 people singing Happy Birthday to me and sincere best wishes all day. I traveled back by mini-bus with all the others who had come from Scotland and, as we crossed the border into my native land, they surprised me with a card filled with beautiful messages and sung to me once again. I've never been so touched in all my life. To return home and log on to Lush to find this thread has topped off an already extraordinary day. I desperately need some sleep but just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for your kind words.
