I love to cook, and missed this....

Tonight I am making Chinese Dumplings (going with chicken this time, normally pork).

Last night I made 24 hour marinated then baked Caribbean Jerk chicken breast, sliced thin and plated with mac-n-cheese and brussel sprouts.

Night before I made London Broil, medium rare, sliced thin and plated with home made oven baked seasoned home fries, and sugar snap peas.

That should tide folks over for a bit. :)

Mother's Day dinner was:

Bruschetta and salad, followed by lasagna and then profiteroles for dessert...

I'm now lazing on the sofa with a nice glass of red... Cheers x

Sit back, kick off your shoes and grab your drink. Let me read you a story...

John I was planning on having ROAD KILL, but since I found out you make deliveries, I may change my plans.
Hate the thought of Mazza having to eat alone ,but by the time I swam across the pond , she would be out of peanuts..

How many of you have either eaten or even heard of "MUSSGOES"? sorry about the spelling!
