Hmmm, i just calm myself by putting my mind on something else or rocking out to some awesome music

I write/talk about my feelings, play some video games, listen to music and chill out; anything to relieve the stress of a bad day.

I usually put on some of my favorite music, clean the house and then talk to my bff. Always feel better after a chat.

It depends on HOW bad. Sometimes it just takes a good venting to someone who cares about me over a few glasses of wine. Sometimes, a long meditative walk or hike alone to process things works fine while other times, if it's really bad, a good cry while praying for morning usually does the trick.

The normal hassles of things not working out don't upset me all that much as I've got older I tend to use ironic humour to laugh them off as and when they occur. However if the day has produced some problem that is still ongoing I can't relax until I've thought of some way of approaching it or resolving it. Trying to do something to take my mind off it just doesn't work until I've gone through that process then I'd have a drink and watch a feel good movie.

If I have a bad day I take the pooch for a long walk with the other half. Or I go and play golf with my mates. But a pint normally helps too.

Listening to music, watching a movie or two and sometimes talking about it makes me feel better. Just depends on how bad my day is.

I live with a lot of pain and I control it with relaxation techniques I learned as an actor. I get home very relaxed because I do them all day in clouding the drive home. I read, write spend time here on Lush and masturbate a lot. That relaxes me even more.

Kissing and hugging my gf or watching comedy. Favourite pick-me-ups are Blackadder, Monty Python, Have I Got News For You, QI or Tommy Cooper.

In the summer if I've had a bad day then a walk by the river, other times of the year it'd a nice dessert after dinner or to masturbate - sometimes both...... but not at the same time! bootyshake

A run, dance around the living room listening to loud music, and bake something. all those work well.

And if that doesn't work, screw until I cant think Embarassed

It depends on how bad it was. crybaby

In some cases I'll just get in bed and cry my eyes out. I can't bottle up and hide my emotions very well.

Most of the time I draw and listen to music. Or read certain parts of books that I love.

Take a nap, a long hot shower, go for a swim, surround myself with good company, workout, and listen to music.

I've recently started meditating but a good jog after a stressful day usually works.
