I hiked up from the valley below. beautiful. i would find that very relaxing. the toddler and parent are great. it hits me hard when i'm travelling, missing my little one and i see this. old cupples still very much in love and showing it. caring and helping each other.

I've got a couple...
- write poetry while listening to my playlist - taking pictures of things that amuse me - lying on my back, closing my eyes, listen to my playlist - a nice warm shower - smell of vanilla on a candle lit room
=)

just now my favourite of the simple things in life is that little sweet smile of contentment that my boyfriend has just as we pull back from a kiss.
back in the summer my favourite thing was riding in the back of the transit van on holiday with the tailgate open, dangling my feet out as we drove along the windy roads in the hills of Trinidad :)
best summer of my life out there

The sounds of a lively forest, a creek babbling *we still don't know what it is babbling about, but we like to listen*, basically any sound not metropolitan ... the sounds of a city are a real turn off to me.

umm... I don't know if these are weird or not... but.. lets see.
It's hard to explain, I will do my best. You see we have two thumb fingers in our hands. Right above the thumb fingers nail is a small, sensitive area. I like rubbing my other hands thumb to this sensitive area. It's like touching silk, but is much more intimate. The best result comes when I rub a beautiful ladies thumb nail to my thumbs sensitive spot... Oh god this sounded so awkward.
I like the sound of rain of some metallic roof, or on the hood of my raincoat.
When I wear a long jacket or cape (I have one!) I like the wind blowing past my legs. I like all kinds of winds actually, from small breezes to disasterous storms. Wind just... slaps air onto our face, the truth that things we cannot see actually exist.

-- everytime I stare at my anime' collections -- When I go home, see my dad and my mom very much excited seeing me again. (I work away from home) -- every time I hangout and talk with my best buds back home and those who are online. -- everytime nobody is getting failed grades in my class every major exams. -- dreaming that she's also thinking of me. haha

the beaming smile on my daughters face as she dances and twirls in front of the mirror admiring her new hair style after donating her long hair to 'Locks of Love'. How did I ever help to create such a warm, giving and loving human being?

Mine is pretty simple. I like seeing a not so regular teen helping poor people or even their elders, and have time to talk to them and be with them...

Being somewhere in public and suddenly smelling a beautiful perfume. Regardless of its source this happening transforms the mundane into the sublime for me.

Spending time with family and friends. Seeing my man smile knowing I put that smile on his face. Laying in bed on a rainy day with my man all curled up together. Sitting outside during the summer time and watching my dogs play in the yard.

I live on a large private pond.....when the world becomes too much, I paddle out to the middle send an anchor overboard and lie down in the bottom of the canoe. It's warm and silent and near perfect. Actually, in general, paddling a canoe alone is pretty great. (I do like people, I swear!)

Though I mentioned it as being one of the chores I hate doing I do enjoy mowing the lawn. One of my other pleasures though I haven't done it in years is splitting wood with an axe the old fashioned way I just adore the sound of splitting wood call me crazy but nothing is more satisfying than standing back and relaxing from next to a pile of freshly split and stacked wood that you cut.
