Anything related to the forum, Gav starts crying  I keep on at him to write some new forum software for us that does what it's supposed to, but apparently that might take him a few months. Excuses excuses  We're seriously a bit stuck with the forum software that's available in the language the site was written in.

I'm assuming nic our workers compensation covers me for my therapy?
The forum should be considered maintenance mode only (bug fixes etc).
I'm more than happy to code anything for you on the story side of the site!
So I have just fixed an issue with offline messages and also made it possible to delete your own story comments.
I'm working on rocco's friends only chat rooms next!

I would like the ability to be invisible when online. Sometimes people tend to bother you and you just want to be alone or just to keep on chatting privately with out any disturbance.

Just go to settings, click on friends and then where is says "who can contact you" click on "Block All". Members will not be able to see that you are online and reading a story or private messaging, but it will show that you are online if you go into the chat rooms and forums. Just remember to set it back to Any Member or Only people on my friends list when you want to reappear online to everyone. Hope this helps.

I like the fact the i can see how many users have read my stories, but I can't see who they are and what scores they gave me. This way I could solicit feedback from low scorers, and reach out to those who enjoy my choice of topics.
It's always great when I go to a profile and see someone who has scored my stories, or I get a comment. I guess I'm just looking for the reverse

I love the idea of a personal blog section on profile (aside from the status updates box). Also, if there was a way to have a box on profile where you can check off what you're interested in when it comes to interacting with other Lush members. Just something along the lines of: 1. Intelligent, sexy chat with Males 2. Intelligent, sexy chat with Females 3. Intelligent, sexy chat with both. 4. Cyber-sex 5. Anything goes. And then a way for other members to search on these options so that the cyber types find the right people and stop poking and bugging those who aren't into it. I know we can turn off the Online-Chat option, but I like to keep it open because I enjoy chatting with new guys and girls, but I hate wasting time when the chat goes directly into the gutter almost instantly. And I know we can clarify this in our bios (which I have done), but nobody seems to read it anyways...lol Thanks Lush Team... its a stellar site, even as you have it now!

I see a lot of wonderful ideas from people!
1. How about adding the "send an online message" or "send IM" to the dropdown on the friends list so a person
doesn't have to go to the profile first.
2. When a friend comes online, the little black "online message" window should last a little longer and maybe
add a "door bell" to it, along with a "poke" and possibly "send IM"
3. Add "send IM" to the "signed in pop-up.
4. Let a person select and mark pictures on their profile as "available to friends only" so people can make
personal pictures available without showing them to any that look at that particular profile. Once a person
is added to the "friends list", those pictures are visible. I've seen this on other sites.
5. On the category list: put the number of "readers" in the little red window. That would show the number of
readers currently in a category at any particular time. If a person switches, that number changes to the
new category.
I love the idea of having instant messaging. I do love the online chat window, but it is time consuming to get
open, not everyone has a fast or new computer.

I was thinking of the number of times your profile has been seen? I seen some profiles that have barely anything on it. I took time to make my profile and proud of it. Maybe the number of people who has seen in in a short period but than again. If You put a catchy name and a hot sexy picture, it will get view no matter if there is barely anything on it. I seen guys profiles with a hot sexy picture of a lady on their profile.

How about just having a person automatically go to "online" when they log in, but with a pop-up asking for your status, "Available" or "Away" or maybe "Busy, don't bother me". The cursor could go there like it does when you log in and have mail, it asks if you want to go to mail.

I know there have been questions and complaints about a story not being on the front page when first published. I recently had one published that was relegated to the 2nd page! I know everyone loves to read just a little bit about a particular story before clicking on it, but if just that part... about 3-4 lines... were deleted, leaving the title and comments line... the front page listing could be doubled. I certainly wouldn't mind that with my stories..

I think an iPod app like the one for facebook would be boss. But when it comes to chat I would like chat room as well as personnal messaging.

How about an option to upload more than one picture at a time. Its annoying to have to upload each picture separately. I think people that regularly post pictures in the Sexy Pictures/Strange Amusing Picture thread will welcome such a feature.

I have seen this option on a couple other sites they allow you like 5 at a time but have to bet you make it whatever nuber but it does make it easier though.

I think its a great idea, but you can already log onto lush from your ipod/iphone, it works normally, I have tried it.

How about being able to post pictures in profile comments like you can in the forum so your don't have to have one with an link and can use your personal photos?
