I was talking with a friend the other day about how I dated two guys with the same first name. Of course she fucked with me, asking if I knew whose name I was really crying out in bed. Naturally, we both laughed, but then I asked her if she really said anyone's name. She doesn't. Neither do I. Not normally anyway.

My question? Do you all do this, call your lover's name in bed? If you do, do you do this every time?

Once upon a time, when I was married, my husband and I were in the middle of a sweaty, fuck each other crazy session. I heard a rumble of a truck coming in the lane as I started to moan. What came out was "Ohh, <insert name here>" I have yet to live that down.

The truck was a very distinctive ford highboy. I was trying to say <again insert name> is here.

Embarassed

I've always used pet names with my partners. The only time I ever really use their full name is if I'm upset with them or trying to get their attention, otherwise we address one another by our chosen pet names both inside the bedroom and out.

And yes, it makes things much simpler :)
