Hi all thought I would share this with you please let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy. Just wrote it last night thanks for the comments on my last one.

long dark road
streches for miles
ahead into the
night so dark
the glow of the
one headlight
cuts the dark
like a knife
two souls share
the ride keeping
warm through
the night
hold me close
my dear i will keep
you safe and warm
give me your love
i will give you mine
it will guide us
through the long
dark night as long
you hold me tight
you will be safe
through the long dark night
my love for you will
never end i will
keep you close to me
please hold me tight
through the long
dark night

I wrote this several years ago. It's a bit abrupt, in it's cadence, but here it is:

It Rained

Heated tears
Hold the anguish of my heart
Displayed by the rush
A saline release
My heart is showing its ache
By nature’s way
It rained

The coursing flow
The gush of my heart
Hopes, dreams
Unbidden by my life’s journey
Stay inside
The only sign of their prison
It rained

My vision
Like a windshield
Without the wipers
Stays blurred
I’m held within
Delayed, confined
It rained

The scent
Of a world bathed
Forlorn, yet clean
My heart has stopped
It’s beat tempered
By emotions unleashed
It rained

The sun awakens
Shining through the clouds
The water dispelled
The earth, my mind
Is purged for a time
My hopes lie herein
It rained

This reminds me of Chaz Michael Michael from 'Blades of Glory', and his book of poetry entitled, 'Let Me Put My Poems In You'.

My sons are always quoting it.

"Don't touch me! No one touches me." (that'd be my youngest)

My favorite quote is:

"They laughed at Louis Armstrong when he said he was gonna go to the moon. Now he's up there, laughing at them."

I'm crackin up even as I write it.....LOL!!!

Nice ASP. but mine might be a bit more descriptive:

I Lie Waiting for You

I lie waiting for you
my body trembling in excitement and anticipation
my scent fills the air
my soft silky limbs spread open wide for you
my heart races
my bare sex glistening in want and need of you
my breath quickens
my whole being yearning to be taken
my smile widens
my creamy breasts beg for your attention
my hips lift
my wetness gives way to your thick heat
my back arches
my body meets yours thrust for thrust
my throat moans
my pink folds thicken as my pleasure mounts
my juices flow
my voice screams out as we explode together
my chest heaves
my breath escapes in contented sighs
my eyes close
my mind wanders as my body seems to float
I lie waiting for you
my soul needs to be with you again.

Okay, don't laugh at me for this...

ECHO

My heart is just an echo
of another time and place.
I close my eyes and think of him,
try to see his face.

In my mind he's waiting
I fall into his arms.
I can no longer fight it,
I surrender to his warmth.

His eyes say to mine,
words he will not speak.
They fill my mind and suddenly
I feel my heart go weak.

My body begins to tremble
from his loving, gentle touch.
A touch I long for every night,
from a man I crave so much.

Once again I am alone,
as I awaken from my dreams.
My empty heart feels heavy inside,
like a bird without it's wings.

I found her smiling
When I reared my happy face
From between her thighs
I found her smiling
When, my tongue gliding upwards
I looked into her eyes
I found her smiling
A glazed look coming over her
And she came with such release
I found her smiling
When we kissed
She begged me continue with my feast

A bit rough, but I have this urge to eat breakfast. Gotta go!
