This is an interesting point. Years ago, I had testicular cancer and had 1 ball removed, I gave my left nut to live, literally. After all the surgeries my ability to ejaculate was gone for the most part. It does happen once in a blue moon. I still orgasm like I did before, it feels the same except I don't have the minor sensation of cum travelling up my cock wich is somthing I had not noticed before. yes "blue balls" does exist, the term for it is "testicular conjestion" (may have spelled it wrong but dont care at this point). Not all guys get it, just the unlucky ones. and if you want a point of view, a soft touch is all it takes to cause pain, even walking can hurt.

How long is "a long time?" Are we talking hours, days, weeks, months?(I'd ask years, but thats impossible) Longest I've had to go were the 11 weeks I was in boot camp and to be honest I was too busy and tired to think about much other than learning and not falling asleep.
