NEVER EVER try liquid soap. I did that to my kid when I was a relative young mom. Backfired as he barfed all over my bathroom. Sigh...

Can't say I have always done the right thing, but my kids will vouch for the fact that I am a good mom, even when they don't like the consequences! They know I will go to hell and back for them.

It's like my sister-in-law suggesting our kids should stand in the corner for punishment. I never thought it would work. Amazingly, it worked well!
