Lots of experiments have been done through the years that already proves the formula. They mention atomic bombs for one example. I think this French guy is a little behind the times. He still has to prove his study, somehow, too.
Quantum theory still isn't complete until you introduce string theory with it, or other dimensions. And string theory can't be proven.
