This is not an official Lush idea, just my curiosity about how many people would be open to the idea of a lush convention. In my mind, it would probably an annual event where you could get together with the people of lush in real life for the weekend. The location mentioned when I've discussed this with friends is Vegas, but if someone else has a better idea, feel free to share it. I'd also like to hear ideas of what to do for that weekend, if you have them. (Writing workshops, booze, sex toy exhibits, etc) Any and all thoughts on the subject are welcome.

Why the hell not?? I spend loads of time on this site...I'm a proper lushaholic (grins)...I would like to meet some of the characters from the forums and some of my 'Lush' friends...

I clicked Depends on location because money is a big issue with me... I more than likely wouldn't go if it was in Vegas.... but i like all of the ideas! It think it'd be very fun!

Yeah I choose same thing and same reason as Chelle money the big issue for me right now but if had it sure would love to go not so sure of Vegas myself though.

If it's anything like our wild parties on LushAir®, I'd definitely do it.  It would be quite an eye-opener, since many of us don't show our faces and who knows if some of the avs are real.  But I'll bring the Reddi Wip.

I would skulk in, pretend to be the bartender, ask if I was at the Adult Video Awards and if anyone knew where Ron Jeremy was, then give a touch test for the fattest penis and get the hell out of dodge faster than you could say "Who was that masked Raccoon?"
Maybe we could set up smaller 'lushette' sites around the world since money and travel are dirty words in today's economy. I know I couldn't travel to Australia or England, but Florida or Vegas might be do-able.

I would love to go! Lois has soooooo many good ideas and there are definately a few Lush members that I would like to meet.
That said, I would not go. I feel its necessary for me to keep my Lush life private.

I'd love to meet you all but living Down Under would prove to be a little costly to get to Vegas. Still it would be nice to see what everyone does actually look like. Give me plenty of notice and I'll see my friendly (?) bank manager about a loan.

It would be a great idea but you would have to have an American convention and a European/UK convention. So who would turn up us or our avatars - both would be interesting. Suspect that you would attract every fruit cake, weirdo and perv known to man but the 'real' Lush members would make one hell of a group.

I'd definitely go if my finances weren't in shambles. Were the convention to be in Vegas, there would be no need for me to bring the stripper pole, unless someone got a hospitality suite.
