The Maddy Stuart thread made me wonder what it is people do to occupy their time all day - either paid / voluntary employment, stay at home parents, retired etc. So, 'fess up - let us all know how you make a crust or fill your time!

Nothing exciting here - just work part time in a video store. Gives me plenty of time to do other things I enjoy though - and it's nice watching movies for free

In real life I am supposed to be a hardworking accountant although I hardly work nowadays. I know the three basic principles of being busy at work. 1. Keep your computer switched on all the time. 2. Never keep the table clean. 3. Never keep the files in their respective places or else your boss will locate it the moment he needs.

I am a waitress ( i love my job!!) and he is a tattoo artist. We fill our time not at work enjoying life without the stresses of trying to "keep up with the Jones' ".

I'm a basement dwelling beta, have never had a date with the opposite gender, am still a virgin and have learned about sexual encounters from hundreds of online chat sessions with (probably other betas pretending to be girls). I collect workman's comp after an injury I suffered when I was 17 years old (heavy lifting which dislocated seven vertebrae in my lower back). I pilfer other dudes photos from gay chat room websites and pawn them off as my own.

I'm and operator/supervisor at an inbound call center, i love the interaction with the callers. what can i say sexy voices make my day.

Hello. I'm Woman and I am not Chinese. I teach English as a Second Language to college students and children in Inner Mongolia China. I also teach culture, life skills, counseling, effective communication, public speaking, creative writing and I teach new foreigners in the country about the Chinese way of life and culture. Yup. i work with my city ,doing water (drinking) keep the wells running ,make sure waters safe to drink,
also work on the wastewater side to,we pump 3-4 million gals water,we treat 2 million gal of wastewater
stay busy all day

I am a certified culinary professional aka a chef I love working with food but I hate the people I work with. For stress relief I go to the shooting range I am a military trained sharpshooter (no this is not a sniper) nothing relieves stress better than a high power rifle. LOL

Former Purchasing manager for a multi-national tier 1 auto parts manufacturer, turned long haul truck driver. I still sit behind a desk for twelve hours a day, but now my desk does seventy miles an hour throughout the countryside. And, my office is always a corner office. Only thing I don't get are the fringe benifits that a pretty young secretary would offer during mid-morning coffee breaks in the janitors closet.

I'm a disabled Network Administator and recieving disablity payments from Social Security and LTD. I spend most of my day waiting for downloads of my favorite television shows to come in and then watching them. When my health allows me to, I write erotic fiction. I hope to be able to write something marketable.
I have two goals: first to make the transition into mainstream Science Fiction and second, sell it for enough money for wife and I live on for the rest or our lives. She has been disabled since birth. I was on disablity before until I taught myself enough computer skills that time to go back to work. Now I have tendon and nerve damage to my shoulders, arms and hands and cant do that anymore. That, by the way is the short list of health problems. I refuse to let them stop me. I don't want much, do I?
