i personally get waxed, it works much better, its smoother than shaving, feels waaay better than shaving and you'll love how it feels too! I've had people do it anywhere from $45-85 and no difference in the end result.
it doesnt hurt near as bad as everyone thinks it does. think of it like being slapped with a ruler ;) who knows, he may be into that too!
