My lady and I are going to a convention in a little over a week and we are planning on having our own little game going during an event. This game is called "Strangers for a Day" in which each person takes on a persona that differs from their own and role plays that out for the duration of the event and after wards once we get into the bedroom. Problem is I am not really sure which things need addressing when coming up with a persona that is different from my self and that is still intriguing. Any help would be very welcomed from both guys and gals, even jokes may prove helpful.

Thanks

Well, I think it depends on what persona you normally have. If you're normally the clean cut kind of quiet nerdy fellow, try being the swaggering, confident guy drinking a whiskey sour. If you're normally the swaggering type, try channeling your inner yoga instructor. Come up with a good backstory that includes:

- Name
- School Major/Work
- Life Goals
- Where you're from
- Bullshit but believable story about working on cars/computers/morning sun salutations.

I think most females love a confident guy, so if you're normally a confident fellow, try being a different brand of confident. Swap from macho confident man to a man so confident in his masculinity he can recite poetry in a bar and dare anyone around him to say something. Or if you're a man of quiet confidence, try being a bit more outspoken. Basically, use the things she already likes about you (I assume you know what these are, substitute confidence for good listener or whatever) and possess those, but more so, and as Brandon or Charles or whomever you end up being.

Wonderful to see this type of thread!

Roleplaying ... changing things up .... is a great way of playing outside the normal relationship. Doing these types of things helps a relationship NOT get stale. Saves someone from going outside the relationship for spice.

Thumbs up (naughty grin) men thumbright ... I love your inventiveness!!

Why thank you. A while ago we each made lists of fantasies that we would like to play out. This one was on my list and she really liked the idea. Do you have any suggestions Van Gogh?
