Having the tongue tatooed like that had to affect the taste buds. I guess that's one way to keep from craving your favorite foods too much. She has pretty lips and teeth though.

I'm going with photoshop. There's no needle that can work that finely. Besides that, the tongue is one big muscle. Any flex at all would make the picture distort. It's way too clear to be on a moving object. I'm throwing a flag on this one!!
But wicked good art work any way you look at it.

But wicked good art work any way you look at it. I'm sure it's shopped too. My first flag was they don't even like to tattoo palms and bottoms of feet cause of "bleeding" and running, so a tongue? Uh huh. But like you said cool artwork.
