No, I can't say I've ever puked or come close to it. I find deep throat works really well on my back with my neck stretched. The alignment is the most comfortable that way. You don't have much control over it in that position, but that's part of the fun... Never had a problem with the good old Deep Throat technique, in loosing my cookies. But certain the relaxation of the gag reflex is something one must learn to insure against this possibility.
I have not had problem in most any position as I said, but on your back will line things up better for most, it seems to me.
Too much booze certainy will not improve performance for either men or women.

I have never had any problems deep throating once I learned to relax my throat muscles. I have a very good gag reflex so as long as he is not like 12", I have no problems. Some women have more of a tolerable gag-reflex than others. When I first started deep throating I had a couple of incidences (don't eat right before lol) but the more I practiced the better I got at it. Try when you are laying at the end of the bed with your head slightly bent off it, this way your throat is clear for entry. Or when he is laying down and you on top, that way you can move your head back and down. Practice makes perfect and men seem to love it, puke and all as long as you're into it.
