I'm not exactly sure how I came across Lush. I think it was a link that brought me here & my S.O. & I started reading the stories & once we did we were pretty well hooked. We cruise this site together frequently & are putting some material together for submission at a later date. Some really great stories are being composed here by some fantastic authors. I don't think you can get much better than this. Besides that, if you get tired of reading all you have to do is check out the stories on audio. Kick back, relax, get a drink, get naked if you want to and listen to the stories being told. I don't know who that lady is that is narrating some of those stories but she has got one sexy voice that will turn you on. At least she does us. Also, posting on the forum can be entertaining as well as informative. Everyone has their own opinion about issues and getting different perspectives on things can be educational at least. Mostly everyone seems to conduct themselves in a friendly & positive manner & I'm sure that is appreciated by all.

I first learned of Lush from Playboy radio on Sirius Satelite radio. It took me a while to find it but now I can't leave. All the stories are so damn hot and I've met a few great people. Looking forward to meeting more!

I wrote my first story, "Dessert" as an Anniversary present for my wife. She really enjoyed it and she suggested I find a place to publish it online. She really likes the idea of a story featuring her being available for all to see. I did an internet search and found Lush. It is up on a couple of other sites, but I rarely go to them. I prefer the layout and the people in here to any other site like this.

Like many here, I googled erotic stories and there was Lush! For me there is nothing better to get me going then a really hot story, but that was then and now, well let's just say the shy girl who never wanted to chat seems to be chatting more than reading!

Like most others I came (!) for erotic inspiration and within a short time I was writing myself, and was flattered a lot of my stuff (not all!) has been well reviewed/rated.
The quality and imagination of most of the writing here appeals. Most readers/writers here are very serious (in terms of quality) about what they do.
I don't think many of us would deny that a keen interest in filthy stories is something that's looked upon with suspicion by the wider community. I've told 'straight' friends about Lush and some have been quite shocked that I frequent the site... "Doesn't that make you a pervert??!!??"
Of course I'm not a pervert and nobody HERE thinks I am. I'm an enthusiast, an afficionado even, and I know what I like. Like most others here, I'm a very honest person with what I believe are normal morals who happens to get off on reading and writing Erotica/Pornography. Nobody here thinks that makes me a raincoat-wearing weirdo! Upon Lush, I can explore and indulge in some of my more unusual turn-ons and nobody will judge me because of this. For example, my fantasy explorations of incestuous realationships in no way means I'd agree such liasons in real-life might be a good idea, but try telling that to someone who isn't on Lush! The non-judgemental, 'we-understand-where-you're-coming-from' thing is what keeps me coming back.
Finally, and obviously I've made some delightful contacts on Lush and at least two firm friends. I enjoy exchanging messages and am pleased and amused by the intelligent and witty comments of my friends. It's quite simply a friendly, funny and funky place. I fit in here. And that always feels good.

I googled Erotic stories there was lush. I started reading the stories, then created an account. Now I don't know if it the stories or the people I have met. One thing is I don't plan on leaving. I love it here. Thank you LUSH!!!!

I stayed because the owner is involved in the site and is not a complete douchebag.
That is to say Nicola is quite the good site owner, unlike other sites.

I came to lush after being invited by Nicola, who had initially found Me tweeting My displeasure about catliterotica on twitter. I stay because it has the best community of authors, and by authors I mean independent authors (the ones who don't try to lord the fact they've had something published elsewhere over everyone else). Met some great writing friends: Bunny12, Fugly, mia_erotica and Nicola Matthews through lush. Also gained at least one rabid fan on lush, Classy. Nicola has also been understanding of My needs when certain problems and issues have arisen, and even encouraged Me to promote My first novel through My forum signature (hopefully for more reasons that being mentioned in the Special Thanks To section of the book....LOL).  I am sure I will be around for a while, and when things in My life calm down I will have something new to post. Probably hot, steamy and nasty. And maybe I will write a new story too.  -Master Vyle
