While I'm a big fan of Secretary in particular, and Maggie Gyllenhaal in particular (I like to imagine being Jeff Bridges in Crazy Heart too, even though the sex scene there is brief), I'd have to pick the following scene from Julio Medem's Sex and Lucia (2001) with Elena Anaya, because of its playfulness and sensuality.
