Okay so I recenty got out of a long relationship, Im tryin to get back to hooking up wit girls. But I feel like I've have forgotten how to seal the deal when hanging out with my lady friends. I know I need to be the agressive one but I guess the fact that all my lady friends are really good friends of mine keeps me from committing. Any advice is well appreciated.

i wouldnt try hooking up with any of your good friends- i think you better try women you are not friends with- like in bars, clubs, etc..
