Personally, I think it's quite the experience. I'm not sure if it exactly comes down to one solid reason. I find that it's just enjoyable. To me, a lot of my satisfaction comes from my partner's reactions, and when a man looks lustfully into my eyes while his chest is heaving and his breaths are ragged and asks if he can cum on me, what kind of person would I be if I said no? It can be sexy and actually feel really nice...but for me it kind of depends on how much there is and where it goes. It has to be a decent amount, enough that you can actually feel it warm and wet across your skin. If it's just scattered drops it doesn't really feel like much at all. And it has to be somewhere immediate and sensitive where it can be experienced, not just any random body part. Face, chest, in your hands...maybe across the stomach or back if there's enough to really feel it.

I know this is a really odd comparison, but it's like watching a needle go in your arm when you're at the doctor. I personally fear needles, so I have to watch. Even though I know the poke is coming, the little stick of pain never fails to suprise me even as I watch it. The same is true with watching a guy cum.
