well it depends where you are really, say I was on a beach(which I usually am) I would lightly touch my waist over my bathing suite, just back and forth, dipping a finger under my bikini every once in awhile(if he was close to me). I find its best to tease a guy suddenly when he doesn't expect it. You don't have to be overbearing, just a few hints here and there and let his mind do the rest.

I do it on two ways...the obvious approach, wherein I will rub him on his shorts/pants and kiss him so hard. or I will give him "the look" as he call it. Luckily he always comply.
