Looks are in the eye of the beholder. But intelligence and humour are absolutely essential. I can sort out spiders on my own, but compassion, integrity and kindness go an awful long way too!
And mutual sexual chemistry is pretty damned important....

Before I make my list I would just like to say that I don't think nice guys finish last. Guys who lack confidence finish last. I think a lack of confidence is the biggest turn off for me.

Sense of humor. Has good, positive, people around him. Genuine and has confidence even if not the guy most women go for at first. Sweet but still a guys guy and someone who just enjoys their life. Men who have this, get better looking in every way. Hot! Totally hot!!! oh, and of course make the girl/woman a priority. Let them no you are thinking about them... NO GAMES!!!!

I know sounds odd, but I value someone who makes a positive impact in their community. i want someone who is concerned about others and whom is giving. For me personally He must be honest. Faithful. An alpha male. Compassionate. Intelligent. Romantic but not in an overbearing way. He must be a good hugger.  A good kisser. Empathetic. Stable. Strong willed. Protective. Oh and being cute doesn't hurt either =)
