I have natural DD's and would not change the size of them at all. I do wish they were as perky as they once used to be though.

According to the conversion charts I found on the net I seam to have a 36F but that just don't sound right to my ears... (I think there might be a mistake somewhere since my bra size here is only 95D-Especial) Point is they are big and rather heavy. I've never been pregnant, they just grew that way so I have no hope they'll ever recede but I wouldn't go under the knife for them.

if i could change them , i probably would. Nothing too drastic or so big that i can't handle them. Being someone who is a bit on the plus size, mine are 42 D's. But if i had the opportunity to change them, i'd probably go just one full size up, (with a bit of a lift) and make them a 46D. But with changing something that was made naturally, doctors have to go in and cut nerves and muscles- making them less sensitive to touch and being aroused. sure its nice to want to make them bigger, some guys are into playing with plastic- but for the most part, i like mine just the way they are:) Besides, every one can dress theirs up in what ever you feel like- leather, lace, corsets, sexy little teddie nightgowns, or just go bare!!!!

I am a full 36C and the only thing I might change is sometimes the stretchmarks bothers me. I have very pale skin so you can't see them, but I can feel them and there is some loss of sensation where they are.

I am rather tall at 178cm (5'-10") and I am a size 36B. I call this the Goldilocks size as they are not too big and not too small, just right. I would not swap them for anything and my hubby wouldn't want anything else.
