I originally started shaving when a partner asked me too. I had never really liked the idea of doing it, but now that I´ve started shaving, I wouldn´t go back. I find my skin is a lot more sensitive.

I had laser hair removal on my legs and bikini area. I now have no hair down there at all. Why did I choose to have it all off?
(1) It was the same price to have it all off as to have just the bikini lines done.
(2) I prefer the look of myself without hair.
(3) My ex liked it that way.

Honestly? I can't remember why I shaved the first time, but once I started I liked it enough to keep doing it. I shave some and trim the rest, it's neater this way. I've shaved completely a couple of times, but never liked how it looked or made me feel. I shave mine because I like how it looks and feels. I like a little hair like a landing strip, but shaving it all off is just easier than having to trim it and keep it even. It is also much cleaner too.
No one really has ever asked me to do it, but I have always at least kept it trimmed since I was a teen.

I had a boyfriend who shaved me when I was 16 or so and I've never been able to allow it to grow back. Yes, it does increase sensitivity drastically. With a bunch of hair on that very sensitive skin you can barely feel anything thru it. Personally I find it extremely uncomfortable to allow it to grow at all. I've been doing a regular brazilian wax then shaving the rest at home for years. Recently I wanted to let the part I shave grow for 2 weeks, so I could get a full brazilian wax. I made it 6 days before I decided to pull it all with my epilator rather than wait a few more days to have it long enough to wax. The stubble and the short hairs where driving me absolutely mad!!!! I hate body hair on both men and girls and have always insisted on hairless pubics ever since the damned stuff started to grow. Shaving wasn't easy in the early days. Nowadays, I have a regular waxing which is very expensive and painful too - but it's worth it. I'm seriously considering laser treatment but not quite sure about the possibility of scarring.

Personally, I just can't stand having hair down there. I've never been a fan of body hair period, so I get rid of all the hair on my body except for the hair on my head and my eyebrows and eyelashes lol. I just feel cleaner, sexier, and all around more comfortable without the hair down there so I make sure it's all gone
