I'm a guy so I just chip in with my experience with girls. My wife rarely squirt when she comes, and same applies to my ex-gfs.

I dont squirt everytime either. Actually Id say I dont more often than I do. When I do it is after a wave of multiple orgasms, each one being more intense culminating with a squirt. Not every time...usually about 70% of my orgasms result in some sort of ejaculation, which vary from a small flow to powerful squirt. Not really sure why there are different types of ejaculation...maybe to do with how often i orgasm, how horny i am and the time of the month perhaps. The fluid I produce also varies, from quite thick and cloudy to clear like water.
