Totally depends on the context. But I rarely use the word and never in a derogatory manner

if it is said to me as a slur in the heat of an argument or something, then yeah I have a problem with it. During sex, not an issue.

I actually hate the word. In the heat of the moment I mite let it slide, but on any other occasion not my word of choice.

I don't mind and even get turned-on when the word cunt is used to describe the material aspects of a woman's genital. But it sounds wrong to me when associated with meaning or life giving part of the woman's body.
