It really just sometimes is a primal fear we guys have ingrained in us. Pregnancy and parenthood are big (and VERY scary) responsibilities. From personal experience(s) I would wait until she was not ovulating and then blow inside. I agree that it just feels better to relase inside. But sometimes u just don't have that option.
