Absinth, probably not the proper stuff but it's just as good.
But it has to be made in front of me, cos I like to watch the sugar cube burn and drip down.

been on a Red Stag (Jim Beam) kick for a while - love it poured over a rocks glass filled to the top with ice!!! But I recently heard of a Honey Jack Daniels that I will have to try!
Also, nothing better than a top shelf (Grey Goose) dirty martini, dry, shaken with blue cheese stuffed olives! MMMMMMM :D

I do love my dessert wines, but a recent power outage led to an impromptu block party at a neighbor's house where vodka and cran was done with the whipped cream vodka? delicious!!! We now keep a bottle chilling in our fridge.

Definitely a Harvey Wallbanger Vodka, orange juice and a measure of Galliano liqueur. Too many tho and it becomes a real headbanger.
