I don't drive, and I live on the side of a mountain, 10 mins to the valley floor and 15 mins back up, at a fair speed, several times a day to work, to the shops, the school run and an any other reason I need to spend some worthless mintutes getting out of breath.

Swimming and doing "Biggest Loser" on Wii. It's rather fun and I sweat in no time. I got the Zumba Wii disc and it's a bit tricky and to fast paced for me.

I workout daily. I mix it up. Some weight training, some P90x, some gym spin class, gym cardio classes. Its about consistency.

I have gradually increased my running frequency. Im still running the same distance each session, that will increase once fitness levels improve. Still getting a little soreness high in the tibia after 2-3 days in a row, but a rest day sees that gone and back out. Lost about 7kg in the last month, which for me is a lot because this was not really about losing weight, its about trimming down and toning up and turning back the clock to my early 20's. In the last 4-5 weeks, I have put myself in better shape than I have been in the last 10 years. Aiming to be as fit and in shape as I was in my teens within 6 months and I'd love to get back to doing the Sydney City to Surf again which is suppose to be a fun run. Its not, if you're remotely out of shape..

Sugar is your worst enemy....you're better off eating that snack with a little extra fat than a fat free one laced with sugar to make it taste better... Can someone recommend a good joint formula?? (body joints, not ). My knees start to get a little sore on the 3rd consecutive day of running, would like to fix that rather than rest them..

Lots of Sex! Seriously!
But mostly drinking a lot of water, walking a lot everyday, and trying to eat right! Eating good stuff along with a few treats but in small portions, several times a day with lots of fruits and veggies.
Kisses!

For starters, I have good genes. But I also eat well, and do a little bicycle riding. I used to do a lot of backpacking, but my knees can't take the pounding on long downhill treks any more.

I tend to bike, hike and eat rather healthy. Since I'm a snack person, it keeps my metabolism in shape and helps me keep off pounds :D Fruits are the way to go.

Bodybuilding, swim training, running, and a lot more when the weather gets nice out. I want to do serious ballroom dancing. I've tried some lessons, and it's a great workout (and fun) Oh yeah, marathon lovemaking sessions, really hit the abs and quads LOL. Sex is soooo much better when you stay fit ;-)

Dance. Or any aerobics class that gets you dancing, especially hip hop. I can keep going at it and never get tired.
Kinda wish I have the patience for regular gym workouts though.

I run 8-12 miles almost every day! It serves multiple purposes other than just staying in shape. It's kind of mental most days.

I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. I have a bit of a dicky knee so low impact interval training and weights. As other people have already mentioned, eat right, drink lots of water, get decent amount of sleep and drink in moderation.
